Hi, I’m Weili.

I’m a Senior Creative Technologist at Microsoft in New York, where I design and build experiences for people working alongside AI agents. At Microsoft Research, I led design and frontend engineering end to end for MagenticLite, an agentic AI research prototype.

Before Microsoft, I spent nearly a decade at Bluecadet and G&A creating interactive installations for museums, including MIT Museum and the Henry Ford Museum. As a creative technologist and often the technical lead, I carried projects from concept and prototyping through technical production, working with designers, writers, and producers to bring emerging technology into meaningful storytelling experiences.

Alongside my professional work, I create personal artwork that brings Zen contemplation to where technology meets art and the humanities. It has been presented at SIGGRAPH and IEEE VIS and exhibited at Ars Electronica Center and the National Museum of China. I also taught graduate courses in creative technology at Parsons School of Design.
